Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
